At Nemzy, every piece is released as part of a curated archive — intentional, limited, and designed to last.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Items marked as sale or part of limited releases may not be eligible for exchange.
